A vibrant blackberry mocktail served in a short glass with ice, garnished with a skewer of three fresh blackberries and a lime wedge, set on a rustic wooden surface.

Blackberry Apple Mojito Fizz

Some drinks are just built for celebration—even if the occasion is nothing more than a sunny afternoon and a good playlist. Our Blackberry Apple Mojito Fizz is one of those drinks. It’s sweet, tart, lightly minty, and endlessly refreshing, with the kind of sparkle that makes you want to clink glasses with anyone in reach.

The secret to its flavor comes from our Blackberry Mojito Tea, brewed strong for a punch of ripe berry and cool mint. Paired with crisp apple juice and topped with bubbly sparkling water, it hits that perfect balance of fruity and effervescent—like the garden party version of a mojito. And because it’s zero-proof, you can sip it all afternoon and stay light, bright, and energized.

Part of the fun is in the ritual of building the drink. Chilling the tea until it’s a deep berry jewel, watching the golden apple juice mix with the dark tea, then finally adding that sparkling cascade of bubbles—it’s a show as much as it is a sip. Garnish with fresh mint, a few juicy blackberries, or a crisp apple slice, and suddenly your everyday kitchen counter feels like a craft mocktail bar.

This is the kind of drink that’s playful, seasonal, and undeniably photogenic. Whether you’re making a batch for friends or just treating yourself, one sip will transport you to a berry-bright, mint-scented summer moment.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed Blackberry Mojito Tea, cooled
(steep 1–2 tsp in 6 oz hot water for 10+ mins for max flavor) or cold-brewed ahead of time

  • 1/2 cup cold apple juice

  • Sparkling water or club soda, to top

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint sprig, for garnish

  • Optional: blackberries or apple slices for extra flair

Instructions:

Brew the Tea: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of Blackberry Mojito Tea in hot water for 10–15 minutes for a deep flavor. Chill completely. Or cold-brew according to bag directions.

Mix It Up: In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the cooled tea and apple juice. Stir gently.

Make It Sparkle: Top with sparkling water or club soda to your liking.

Garnish Like a Pro: Add a mint sprig (smack it between your palms to release oils), a couple of blackberries, or a thin apple slice for a little extra eye candy.

When the ice has melted and the last fizz settles, you’ll notice something: this drink doesn’t just taste refreshing—it feels like a pause button for your day. The gentle tartness of the blackberry tea, the natural sweetness of the apple, and the cool whisper of mint combine to create a moment that feels both celebratory and grounding.

Serve it at brunch, backyard picnics, or spontaneous golden-hour gatherings, and watch how fast your guests start asking for the “recipe for that pretty berry drink.” It’s one of those mocktails that turns a regular Friday into a mini ritual of joy, no shaker or bar skills required.

And the best part? You can keep refilling your glass without ever thinking about the after-effects. Just pour, sip, and let the sparkle and flavor remind you that sometimes the simplest pleasures are the ones worth toasting to.
