1. Classic Iced London Fog

Creamy, citrus-kissed, and timeless.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Appalachian Lady Grey Tea
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup cold milk of choice (oat or whole milk work great)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Steep the tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Strain and chill (or pour over ice to cool quickly).
