Hibiscus Berry Cream Soda

If summer had a soda fountain, this would be on tap. Our Hibiscus Berry Cream Soda is where tart meets smooth, with a burst of berry brightness mellowed by silky vanilla and a splash of sparkle. Inspired by garden blooms and nostalgic treats, this botanical twist on a classic cream soda is equal parts refreshing and indulgent. No syrupy soda machine needed. It’s the kind of drink that makes an ordinary afternoon feel like a midsummer daydream.

You'll Need:

  • 1 tbsp Hibiscus Berry Yerba Mate (or Hibiscus Lavender for decaf)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half or oat milk
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • Ice

To Make:

  1. Cold brew the tea for 6–8 hours, then strain.

  2. Fill a glass with ice, add vanilla syrup and tea.

  3. Pour in the milk, then top with sparkling water.

  4. Stir gently for that dreamy cream soda swirl.

Whether you're sipping this on the porch at golden hour or clinking glasses with friends at your next backyard hang, Hibiscus Berry Cream Soda brings a little whimsy to any moment. Try it with oat milk for a plant-based float, or add a sprig of mint if you're feeling extra fancy. However you spin it, this one’s sure to earn a spot in your summer ritual.

Sip slow. Dream big. Stay wild.
