Iced Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai Oat-milk Latte

Sip Into Spring with an Iced Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai Oat-milk Latte

When spring rolls in, we trade steamy mugs for something a little cooler—but no less bold. Our Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai brings the heat with its warming spices and subtle campfire smokiness, and now it's riding into spring in a chilled, creamy form you’ll want to sip all season long.

Meet the Iced Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai Oat-milk Latte—smooth, spiced, and kissed with maple sweetness. This refreshing iced drink captures the essence of a mountain morning in bloom: bold, grounded, and just a little wild.

What You’ll Need:

  1. 1 ½ cups water
  2. 1 tbsp. Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai (or 1 heaping teaspoon per serving)
  3. ¾ cup oat milk (barista-style for extra creaminess)
  4. 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  5. ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  6. Ice
  7. Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Want to make it “dirty”? Add a shot of espresso for an extra kick.

How to Make It:

1. Brew the Chai Concentrate
Bring the water to a boil, then add your Cowboy Chai. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes to develop a strong, concentrated flavor. Strain, and let it cool—either in the fridge or with an ice bath for instant gratification.

2. Sweeten & Chill
While still warm, stir in maple syrup or honey. This helps the sweetener dissolve evenly. Add the vanilla if you're feeling a little fancy.

3. Assemble the Drink
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the chilled chai concentrate, followed by your creamy oat milk. Give it a gentle stir.

4. Garnish & Serve
Dust the top with cinnamon or nutmeg, or pop in a cinnamon stick for that rustic flair.

Why We Love It

This latte is everything we love about our Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai—smoky, spicy, bold—but iced for warmer days when you still want a touch of rugged comfort. The oat milk makes it luscious and smooth, while the maple syrup adds just the right amount of earthy sweetness.

Make one in the morning to start your day with intention, or serve it up at your next garden gathering. Either way, it’s a bold sip of spring.
