Two glasses of Apple Cider Hibiscus Sangria mocktail from Full Moon Tea Company loose leaf tea with apple slices and herbs around them.

Hibiscus Lavender Apple Cider Sangria

If fall had a party punch, this would be it. Our Hibiscus Lavender Apple Cider Sangria is a bold, fruit-forward mocktail that’s equal parts cozy and celebratory. It’s rich in color, bursting with seasonal flavors, and perfect for everything from dinner parties to a festive night in.

Why This Recipe Works

The tart, floral notes of our Hibiscus Lavender blend pair beautifully with crisp apple cider and juicy pomegranate. Toss in slices of fresh fruit and a cinnamon stick, and suddenly you have a drink that feels like autumn in a glass. It’s vibrant, naturally caffeine-free, and gorgeous enough to be the centerpiece of your fall table.

Perfect for:

  • Dinner parties and holiday gatherings
  • A festive alternative to wine or cocktails
  • Bringing a splash of color to your fall table

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Hibiscus Lavender
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup fresh apple cider
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • Garnish: sliced oranges, apples, cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Brew: Steep Hibiscus Lavender tea in hot water for 6–7 minutes for a strong infusion. Let cool.
  2. Mix: In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, apple cider, and pomegranate juice.
  3. Garnish: Add sliced oranges, apples, and a cinnamon stick.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serving Tips

  • Serve over ice in wine glasses or mason jars for a rustic touch.
  • For a sparkling twist, top with club soda or sparkling water just before serving.
  • Want to make it boozy? Add a splash of red wine or brandy for a grown-up sangria.
