Meet your new morning ritual: bold, floral, and beautifully balanced. This Iced Lavender Tea Latte starts with our Full Moon Morning blend—a rich mix of Assam, Ceylon, and a kiss of orange peel—then softens into something extra special with the delicate addition of lavender. Served over ice with a swirl of milk, it’s a calming yet energizing sip that feels like slow mornings and fresh starts, all in one glass.
You’ll Need:
- 1 tbsp Full Moon Morning tea (Assam, Ceylon, orange peel)
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ tsp culinary lavender (or 1 tsp lavender syrup)
- ½–1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup milk of choice (oat is lovely here)
-
Ice
To Make:
1. Brew the tea: Steep Full Moon Morning and lavender together in hot water for 5–6 minutes. Strain and let cool.
2. If using lavender syrup instead, skip adding dried lavender here and stir in the syrup after brewing.
3. Sweeten while warm with honey or maple syrup if desired.
4. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cooled tea.
5. Top with milk and stir gently for a gorgeous layered look.
6. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a twist of orange peel if you’re feeling extra.

Whether you're easing into your day or simply craving something elegant and refreshing, the Iced Lavender Tea Latte offers a moment of grounded calm with just the right lift. It's a little bit bold, a little bit dreamy, and a whole lot of delicious. Perfect for mornings that deserve more than just a routine.
