You’ll Need:
- 1 tbsp Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup oat milk (or any milk you love)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Ice
To Make:
1. Brew It Strong: Steep 1 tbsp of Smoky Mountains Cowboy Chai in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. This makes a bold base that can stand up to milk and ice. Strain and let it cool.
2. Shake It Up: in a shaker or jar with a tight lid, add your cooled chai, ½ cup oat milk, 1 tsp maple syrup, and a generous handful of ice.
3. Shake Until Frothy: Shake like you mean it! You want it nice and frothy and cold.
4. Pour & Serve: Pour over fresh ice in your favorite glass. Top with a cinnamon sprinkle or a star anise pod if you’re feeling fancy.
