Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Strawberry Honeysuckle White Tea 
  • 1 cup hot water (around 175°F for white tea)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to enhance the natural floral sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Brew the Tea: Steep the Strawberry Honeysuckle White Tea in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea leaves and let the tea cool to room temperature (or chill it in the fridge if you're short on time).
  2. Muddle the Strawberries: In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries with the lemon juice and honey until juicy and fragrant. Add the rose water.
  3. Mix It Up: Add the cooled tea to the muddled strawberry mixture. Stir well.
  4. Serve: Fill a glass with ice, pour the tea mixture over it, and top with sparkling water for that fizzy magic.
  5. Garnish: Add fresh mint leaves, a thin slice of lemon, and a whole strawberry on the rim for that extra wow factor.
