We Have a Secret to Spill (and it’s Not Just Tea)
We’ve been brewing up something big behind the scenes—and the kettle’s finally whistling.
Full Moon Tea Co. has officially joined forces with two of our favorite woman-owned brands—Matcha Nude and Spice Witch—to launch The Stir, a first-of-its-kind shared kitchen and creative workspace right here in Asheville!
This isn't just a kitchen. It’s not just an office. It’s a dream space built on community, creativity, and women lifting each other up.
Why We Stirred Things Up
After years of hopping between hourly kitchens and working out of our own tiny corners of the world, the three of us decided to do something different. We wanted to grow—but not alone. So we built The Stir: a vibrant, shared space where we can steep, simmer, mix, and move forward together.
Now that we’ve passed our Department of Agriculture inspection (🎉), we’re putting the finishing touches on the space and planning a magical grand opening this spring. And yes—you’re invited.
A Stir with Purpose
“This is so much bigger than just a kitchen or office space,” says Samantha Coffin, founder of Matcha Nude. “We’ve created a space where we can support each other, grow together, and build something sustainable for the long haul.”
Each of our businesses—Matcha Nude, Spice Witch, and Full Moon Tea Co.—has full access to the space, meaning we can cut costs, increase capacity, and finally create on our terms. No more fighting for kitchen hours. No more working in silos. Just true collaboration—and a lot of really good sips and snacks.

Meet the Stirring Trio
💚 Matcha Nude – Ethically sourced, clean-energy matcha in compostable packaging. Pure green magic.
🧂 Spice Witch – Bold chili crisps, infused oils, and all the kitchen spellwork you didn’t know you needed.
🌙 Full Moon Tea Co. – That’s us! Small-batch loose leaf teas that are whimsical, seasonal, and inspired by our roots in the pastry world.
