Firefly Hollow is the first release from Katie’s Moon Lab, a series of small-batch teas dreamed up, designed, and blended by founder and pastry chef, Katie. Inspired by the Appalachian gothic world of Hollow Folk by award-winning author Andrew K. Clark, this black tea is warm with Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and orange, with just a whisper of smoke lingering at the finish. It’s the kind of cup you make when the book gets strange and you’re staying up for one more chapter.
Only 150 bags were made. Each 2 oz. bag comes in Moon Lab’s all-black packaging, hand-numbered, with a glossy label designed by Katie. Once this run is gone, it’s gone.

Ingredients:
Madagascar vanilla infused black tea, orange peel, cinnamon, and lapsang souchong.
Brewing Instructions:
- Measure 1 tsp. of tea leaves into an infuser.
- Add 8 oz. of 200°F water.
- Steep for 3–5 minutes, then remove the leaves.
Best enjoyed hot, preferably with a book you can’t put down.
