Full Moon Breakfast Honey Iced Tea (Classic Black Tea, Elevated)

Your everyday iced tea, but better

This is the iced tea you think you’ve had before…until you taste it made right.

Full Moon Breakfast takes a classic black tea base and adds a subtle twist of orange peel, which makes this version brighter, smoother, and just a little more interesting than your standard iced tea.

It’s simple, refreshing, and the kind of thing you’ll want to keep in your fridge at all times.

Why this works

A lot of iced teas fall flat or turn bitter.

But Full Moon Breakfast blends Assam and Ceylon teas with orange peel, which adds natural sweetness and a soft citrus lift. Paired with honey and fresh lemon, it creates a perfectly balanced, easy-drinking iced tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Full Moon Breakfast Tea
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 2–3 tbsp honey
  • Lemon slices
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Bring water just to a boil, then let it cool slightly.
  2. Steep tea for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Strain and stir in honey while warm.
  4. Let cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Serve over ice with fresh lemon slices.

Tips for the best iced tea

  • Don’t oversteep. This is the fastest way to get bitterness.
  • Sweeten while warm so the honey fully dissolves.
  • Chill before serving instead of pouring hot tea over ice to keep the flavor strong.

Make it your own

  • Add fresh mint for a cooling twist
  • Swap honey for simple syrup or maple syrup
  • Make it a half-and-half with lemonade for an easy Arnold Palmer

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the ones you keep forever.
