  • 1 cup brewed Evening Peach Orchard tea (chamomile, lemon balm, peaches—aka pure serenity)
  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • Optional: a splash of sparkling water to fancy it up or a touch of honey for sweetness

Directions

  1. Brew your tea. Steep Evening Peach Orchard for 5–7 minutes. Let it cool a bit if you're going the iced route. Add a touch of honey if you like it a little sweeter.
  2. Mix it up. Combine with tart cherry juice—either over ice or gently warmed on the stove.
  3. Optional sparkle. Add a splash of sparkling water if you’re feeling extra.
  4. Sip and sink into stillness. PJs and fuzzy socks strongly encouraged.
