You’ll Need:
- 1 tbsp. Pear & Ginger Green Tea
- 4–5 fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup blueberries
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
- Ice

Optional: splash of soda water
To Make:
- Brew tea hot and let cool, or cold brew for 6+ hours and strain.
- In a shaker or mason jar, muddle basil, blueberries, lemon juice, and syrup.
- Add tea and shake with ice.
- Strain into a glass over ice (or pour it all in, herbs and all, for the rustic look).
- Top with soda water if desired and garnish with a basil leaf and a few blueberries.
