This recipe layers together simple yet indulgent elements: smooth, plant-based oatmilk infused overnight with our Secret Garden Mint tea, a sprinkle of vibrant ceremonial matcha, and your favorite touch of sweetness. By steeping the tea in oatmilk overnight, you create a naturally fragrant base—no syrups or artificial flavors needed. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmilk (or your favorite plant milk)

  • 1 heaping teaspoon Full Moon Tea Co. Secret Garden Mint

  • 1/2 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder (we love Matcha Nude)

  • 2–3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling – around 175°F)

  • Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, agave, or stevia), to taste

  • Optional: Ice, for serving cold

Instructions:

1. Infuse the Mint Milk (Overnight):
Add 1 teaspoon of Secret Garden Mint to 1 cup of oatmilk. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours).
In the morning, strain out the tea using a fine mesh strainer or tea bag.

2. Make Your Matcha:
In a small bowl or mug, whisk 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder with 2–3 tablespoons hot water until smooth and frothy. (Use a bamboo whisk or small electric frother for best results.)

3. Assemble the Latte:

    • For hot: Warm the infused oatmilk gently on the stove or in the microwave. Froth if desired, then pour over the matcha.

    • For iced: Add ice to a glass, pour in the mint-infused oatmilk, then top with your matcha shot. Give it a gentle swirl.

4. Sweeten to Taste:
 Add your favorite sweetener and stir.
