Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Pear & Ginger Green Tea
  • 8 oz water (175°F)
  • ¾ cup chilled brewed Pear & Ginger Green Tea
  • ½ ripe peach, diced
  • ½ oz honey syrup
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Peach slice
  • Fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. 1. Brew the Pear & Ginger Green Tea in 8 ounces of 175°F water for 2–3 minutes. Strain and chill completely.
  2. 2. Add the diced peach and honey syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass.
  3. 3. Gently muddle the peaches until they release their juices.
  4. 4. Add the chilled green tea and fresh lemon juice.
  5. 5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds.
  6. 6. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  7. 7. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh basil and a peach slice. Serve immediately.
