Peach Tea & Tonic (A Botanical Summer Mocktail)

A light, botanical peach drink made for slow summer evenings

If summer had an official patio drink, this might be it.

This Peach Tea & Tonic is bright, herbal, lightly sparkling, and layered with fresh peach flavor and subtle botanical notes from thyme and Evening Peach Orchard tea.

It feels a little sophisticated, a little garden-party-coded, and somehow both cozy and refreshing at the same time.

Why this works

Evening Peach Orchard already has:

  • Peach
  • Chamomile
  • Lemon balm
  • Green rooibos

So it creates an incredibly smooth, naturally fruity base.

The tonic water adds brightness and slight bitterness while the thyme gives it that botanical, almost cocktail-bar feel.

It’s refreshing without being overly sweet.

Tips for the best flavor

  • Fresh peaches will give the drink a softer, juicier flavor
  • Peach nectar creates a slightly richer version
  • Bruise the thyme gently before adding to release more aroma

Make it your own

  • Add sparkling water instead of tonic for a lighter version
  • Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness
  • Freeze peach slices and use them as ice cubes

Perfect for

  • Garden parties
  • Summer dinners
  • Golden hour patio hangs
  • People who want a mocktail that doesn’t taste like juice
