Two cocktail style glasses with Strawberry Honeysuckle White Tea NA mockaritas (mocktails) with strawberry garnishes.

Strawberry Honeysuckle Mockarita (A NA Margarita Twist)

A bright, floral twist on a margarita…without the alcohol

This mockarita is citrusy, refreshing, lightly floral, and honestly perfect for warm weather.

The Strawberry Honeysuckle White Tea gives it a soft fruitiness that pairs perfectly with lime and a sparkling finish. It feels a little elevated while still being incredibly easy to make.

Basically: summer in a glass.

Why this works

The tea already has:

  • Bright strawberry notes
  • Soft floral honeysuckle
  • Light white tea sweetness

So it naturally creates that refreshing, layered flavor profile you want in a really good margarita-style drink.

The lime sharpens everything up while sparkling water keeps it crisp and refreshing.

Tips for the best mockarita

  • Use fresh lime juice. It makes a huge difference.
  • Cold brew the tea overnight for the smoothest flavor.
  • Don’t over-sweeten. The strawberries already bring natural brightness.

Make it your own

  • Add muddled strawberries for a juicier version
  • Use tajín on the rim for a spicy-salty twist
  • Add fresh basil or mint for an herbal finish

Perfect for

  • Summer evenings
  • Picnics
  • Patio hangs
  • Taco nights
  • Or honestly just pretending your kitchen is a tiny cocktail bar
