Santa’s Sunset Spritz Mocktail

Santa’s Sunset Spritz Mocktail

If you’re craving something celebratory but not boozy, this one’s for you.

Santa’s Sunset Spritz is a bright, bubbly mocktail made with our Hibiscus Lavender tea. It’s tart, floral, lightly sweet, and absolutely gorgeous in a glass. Think winter sunset vibes with a holiday twist.

Perfect for parties, cozy nights in, or anyone who wants a special drink without the alcohol.

Why Hibiscus Lavender Works So Well Here

Hibiscus brings that bold ruby-red color and a cranberry-like tartness, while lavender adds a soft floral note that feels calm and cozy. Together, they make the dreamiest base for a mocktail that feels both festive and refreshing.

Plus, it’s naturally caffeine-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Full Moon Tea Company Hibiscus Lavender tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup, to taste
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh orange slice
  • Fresh rosemary sprig or dried hibiscus flowers, optional for garnish

How to Make It

  1. Steep the Hibiscus Lavender tea in hot water for 7 to 10 minutes. You want a strong, vibrant brew.
  2. Strain and stir in honey or simple syrup while the tea is still warm. Let it cool completely.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cooled tea about halfway up.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a rosemary sprig for that festive, wintry feel.

Give it a gentle stir and enjoy.

Make It Party-Ready

Hosting a crowd? Brew a larger batch of the tea ahead of time and chill it in the fridge. When guests arrive, just pour over ice and top with bubbles.

You can also:

  • Swap sparkling water for blood orange soda for extra drama
  • Add a splash of cranberry juice for deeper color
  • Rim the glass with sugar for a little sparkle

The Vibe

This mocktail is bright, botanical, and celebratory without being sugary or heavy. It feels like a winter sunset, a crackling fire, and holiday music playing softly in the background.

Basically, Santa but make it chic.
